Quinta da Mata Fidalga is a Portuguese company located in the Bairrada region dedicated to the production of high quality sparkling wines. With ancient traditions of the cultivation of the vineyard, dating back to the twelfth century, the Bairrada region produces its wines and sparkling wines based on native grapes. The name "Bairrada" derives from the nature of the region at the soil level: clay (mud).

QMF

QMF Tinto

It has a limpid appearance, a ruby ​​color, a fine bubble and persistent foam cord, the aroma is intense dominated by fruit and vegetable notes. In the mouth it reveals the same aromatic sensations, it is soft and balanced, it has a good body and it is fresh. It also has good taste persistence and the mousse is soft and well integrated.


QMF White

​It presents a clear appearance, a pale citrine color, the bubble is fine and the cord of persistent foam, the aroma is intense, dominated by the nuances of citrus peel oils, apricot and peach. In the mouth it has a very well balanced attack, a moderate acidity and an intense mouth aroma. The gustatory persistence is good and the foam soft and well integrated.


QMF Rosé

It is presented with limpid aspect, defined pink color, fine bubble and persistent foam cord, the aroma is very intense, dominated by notes of fresh red fruits. Fruit sensations are confirmed in the mouth, still possessing a soft attack and balance. The olfactory-gustatory persistence is good and the foam soft and well integrated.
